Right of Withdrawal

According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or someone you have designated, has received the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can contact our customer service or use the EU standard withdrawal form available on our website.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Upon approved return, the purchase price, including any standard shipping for the original delivery, will be refunded. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.

• Sweden: 59 SEK
• Norway: 99 NOK
• EU/Germany: 9.90 EUR

The return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or have been given a clear personal touch, as well as other products that, according to applicable consumer legislation, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
